The winery is located in the town of Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo, province of Mendoza. Storage Capacity 200,000 liters. The total area consists of 8000 m2 divided in six main sectors: production, processing, blending, storage, tourism and administrative offices.
Bunches of grapes are selected by hand on the conveyor belt, which then go directly to the stainless steel de-stemmer with adjustable rollers.There are also available cooling systems for both white and red grapes.
Maceration is carried out by coolers and pneumatic press to preserve better aromas.
It consists of stainless steel tanks and concrete tanks coated with epoxy. White grape fermentation is performed at controlled temperatures. There is also a stainless steel area for red grapes fermentation.
Oak Cask and Tanks
There is a cellar area consisting of 225 liters oak casks for red wines stabilization, conservation and aging.
Storage in bottles
It consists of an independent area, isolated and air-conditioned to preserve a constant temperature of 18°C throughout the year. Storage capacity: 100,000 bottles.
Blending is carried out in the winery itself with a modern and full automated line to bottle and label 2000 bottles per hour.
